[AD] Christmas Gift Guide for Young Girls

Disney on Ice Presents Dream Big - Belle

I thought I would share some of the gifts we have bought our 4 year old daughter for Christmas to help to you with some ideas if you needed some inspiration!

What to buy a 4 year old Girl for Christmas?

Lily is Disney obsessed and one of her favourite days out last year was our trip to The O2 to see Disney on Ice. We have got her tickets for this years show to wrap up for Christmas – I’m putting it all together in a Disney box for her – I’ve bought Lily a Disney Hoody to wear on the day, Disney gloves to wear on the day and Minnie Mouse hair slides. I’ve printed off a quick letter which she will be able to read to say that she is going to The O2 to watch the show and I will be wrapping it all in a box with black wrapping paper and a huge red and white spot bow for the full on Disney effect.

Like most 4 years old our little girl is absolutely Princess obsessed and like the rest of the nation was totally captivated by the Royal Wedding this year. We visited Windsor Castle prior to the wedding to show her St. George’s Chapel and she loved seeing it on the TV and knowing that she had been there and that we’d both knelt at the same altar Meghan and Harry did on their special day. We chose the Royal Wedding Album from Carlton Books as part something to read to Lily now and for Lily to see all the fabulous wedding pictures and part as a keepsake to pop in the loft for years to come!

Lily loves all things educational. She is one of those children that looks forward to homework day and we love to encourage her thirst for knowledge. Orchard Games are always my go to for educational games as they have a fab selection that really seems to know how to grab and engage Lily’s attention and imagination. I picked up a couple of Orchard Games for Lily for Christmas.

Lily loves Chocolate. Every Sunday for weeks she has been watching Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and opening a bar of chocolate to see if she can find a “Golden Ticket”. I love experiences and days out and think that the special memories they create always outshine any toy. So I have designed and printed a “Golden Ticket” and I have wrapped it up in a bar of chocolate so that Lily will find it on Christmas Day. I’ve booked a trip to a local Chocolate Making Workshop over Easter time and that what the ticket says she has won! I know she will be so excited when she opens it.

I also always like to try and pick up some little novelty chocolates for her Christmas stocking – this year I’m loving this huge wobbly Santa, mini robins and reindeer cupcakes from M&S.

Lily loves all things Peppa Pig and will love this little Peppa House Tea-set and Peppa’s Musical Band Set.

I have some cute little Merbabies and Baby Secret Pets for her stocking.

Lily loves Elf on The Shelf and before December we got some lovely Elf goodies to make our Elves naughty antics even funnier! He also has some lovely little figures for her paint that he can leave as a present, a washing line for his clothes and a beautiful Elf as well as a beautiful Christmas Eve Box.

Disclosure: We were gifted some of the items in this Gift Guide for review.
