A Haven for Families | Haven Seashore Review

A Haven for Families | Haven Seashore Review

You would be forgiven for thinking that we went to foreign shores when you see the golden sandy beach with the golden sun glistening on the sea; in fact we went to the Haven site at Seashore.  Seashore is in Great Yarmouth; a popular coastal resort in Norfolk.  We really enjoyed our Holiday at Haven Seashore.

Haven Seashore Review

The Caravan:

We booked an upgraded caravan and were more than pleased with the one we were given!

Haven have set a high standard at Seashore, both the caravan interior and the site were superb quality.

The caravan came equiped with everything we needed; a microwave, toaster, huge fridge freezer, cutlery, crockery, glassware, bedding a tv & not one but two toilets!

What do I need to take to Haven Seashore?

There were a few necessities that we only really realised we needed once we had checked into our caravan:

  1. A Tea Towel for drying up
  2. Toilet Roll
  3. Washing Up Liquid
  4. A sponge for washing up

When you consider that, other than food, this was all we needed to buy the caravan was well stocked!  There was a lovely on site supermarket where we managed to get everything we needed and plenty more besides.

The Site:

The site was so modern & clean and had stunning surroundings.  We had glorious sunshine for a couple of days while we were there and you honestly felt like we were abroad!

The entertainment was great fun; our days varied from Swimming, Messy Play, Puppet Show & Disco .  We also made the most of the area.  We went to Great Yarmouth for all the traditional seaside fun crazy golf, donkey derby, ice creams, tea rooms and a ride by the sea on a horse and carriage.  We also visited some local attractions including the Sealife Centre, the miniature village & Africa Alve.

We had a brilliant holiday and will definitely return to Haven Seashore in the future!
