About The Complete Cookbook:
The cookbook is over 600 pages long and contains over 650 recipes. It is well very laid out and has a handy index at the back allowing you to search for a recipe by ingredient or dish. The cookbook contains the following chapters:
Hot and Chilled Soups
Eggs and Cheese
Fish and Shellfish
Poultry and Game
Pasta, Rice and Noodles
Vegetables and Salads
Pies, Tarts and Hot Desserts
Cakes and Teabreads
Each section is well laid out and the recipes are really easy to follow. The ingredients needed are listed in one place; I found this made it easy to just take a picture of the recipe on my phone and then you have a shopping list ready for when you go out to buy it all. There is such a wide variety of foods, catering for both meat eaters and vegetarians.
The book has a great index at the back which is arranged by ingredient – so for example if you have some chicken in the fridge and you want some inspiration for what to do with it just search chicken in the index and that will list all the pages that contain chicken recipes. The book is very comprehensive; it has such a wide variety of foods.
I really love this cookbook and would definitely recommend it.
Disclosure: I was given this cookbook for Free in exchange for an honest review.
